Breakfast
Fruit toast with Nuttelex and a glass of orange juice.


Lunch
Leftover cottage pie from the night before.


Dinner
Lemon cous cous, steamed vegetables, and a Fry's Vegetarian Schnitzel at my mum's house.


For dessert we had jam tarts which my mum had made using frozen vegan shortbread (you can get it at the supermarket, just look at the ingredients) and plum, apricot, and strawberry jam. They were delicious!
