Day 7 of vegan challenge

Breakfast
Homemade porridge.

Lunch
Subway 6 inch vegie delight on multigrain bread, which had avocado, pickles, beetroot, tomato, carrot, and salt and pepper.

Dinner
Sausage and bean bake with half a hamburger roll that I toasted in the oven.

Snacks
An Aribar.

Some more peanut butter fudge.

A hot chocolate made with Sanitarium So Good Soy Milk and Cadbury Drinking chocolate, yes, it's vegan!

The hot chocolate container looks like this if you want to look out for it. It's great, my favourite hot chocolate on the market. So glad it's vegan!
